​C. Townley Larzelere has over thirty-one years of experience working as a marketing consultant to financial institutions, land developers, and home builders in six Western States: California, Nevada, Washington, Oregon, Idaho and Hawaii. Recognizing the importance of new water sources to land development, Mr. Larzelere is focused on CHC as a source of enabling systems to this market.  Through Townley's research and consulting business, Whitney Research, he has developed a wide array of financial sources and client candidates for CHC, and has special access to significant project finance sources.
