Nikolay Voutchkov, PE, BCEE
Mr. Voutchkov is the former Corporate Technical Director and Chief Technology Officer at Poseidon Resources and is an internationally recognized expert in the field of desalination and membrane technology. He has decades of experience in environmental review, development, procurement, financing and implementation of large desalination projects worldwide, and has been an expert technical advisor to project developers of over a dozen desalination projects in the US, Mexico, Australia, Middle East, South Africa, Indonesia, and Singapore.
C. Townley Larzelere
C. Townley Larzelere has over thirty-one years of experience working as a marketing consultant to financial institutions, land developers, and home builders in six Western States: California, Nevada, Washington, Oregon, Idaho and Hawaii. Recognizing the importance of new water sources to land development, Mr. Larzelere is focused on CHC as a source of enabling systems to this market. Through Townley's research and consulting business, Whitney Research, he has developed a wide array of financial sources and client candidates for CHC, and has special access to significant project finance sources.
Dr. Robert Budica
Dr. Budica is the retired Director of Strategic Technologies at Boeing Deep Space. He has also been the President and CEO of Agusta Aerospace America, Vice President Engineering, Test and Business Development (Kaiser Aerospace & Electronics, Marquardt), and Director, Systems Engineering and Operations (Rockwell International Space).
Mr. Feller is a consultant to Cisco Systems at the company’s global HQ. He formerly served for 6 years as Cisco’s Director of Urban Innovations. Now a consultant focused on investments in key infrastructure assets (water and power and transport) , Feller works with city leaders worldwide on “Smart Cities” initiatives, in both public and private sectors. For nearly 30 years, he has advised leaders of multinational companies, cities, NGOs/foundations, and national governments on how information and communications technology can help solve complex urban environmental problems. His pre-Cisco clients included The World Bank, United Nations, German and Canadian governments, The Rockefeller Foundation, IBM Corporation and Reuters.
Mr. Rendle is the CEO of Atlantic Global Resources LLC. has over three decades of early stage; technology and intellectual property commercialization; and natural resource related strategy experience. Currently he is serving as interim CEO for a hand-held UV water purification device company, brought in to turn around the company and develop and execute a new global vision and strategy. Brad has an MPhil from the Judge Business School, University of Cambridge and a B.A. from Bowdoin College, Brunswick, Maine.
